    Western National is excited to announce an opportunity to join our Claims team as they continue to implement a new Claims system, Guidewire ClaimsCenter, rebranded as Navigator. This opportunity will allow someone with the right experience to be a key member of the team as we review the data and information connected to the system & passed to other internal and external systems.


    This role will be focused on reviewing the information that is stored in Navigator matches what is being communicated to our other systems. This role will require someone to have good Microsoft Excel knowledge and strong attention to detail to be able to discover and help resolve issues.


    • Monitor, research and reconcile any differences between systems.
    • Support internal customers on system questions in relation to transactional claim data.
    • Review Claims files to be able to better understand and support issues related to claims data.
    • Review information/data from internal and external systems to verify that it is correct and matches records.
    • Review errors and offer support to fix problems moving forward.
    • Keep accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
    • Is supervised on non-routine issues and tasks. 
    • Applies knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
    • Limited discretion to vary from established procedures.
    • Escalate problems to Manager or Technical team.
    • Monitor and triage all newly reported issues to Navigator team.
    • First level support for routine Navigator issues and requests.


    • Previous experience reviewing data and looking for errors.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
    • Associates Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Experience working with Financial Data/Financial reports is preferred.
    • Experience or understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to communicate findings to Navigator team and help offer suggestions.
    • Ability to work solo or with a team.
