Our Customer Relationship Specialists handle incoming agent/customer inquiries, respond to customer needs, and provide real-time solutions whenever possible. We’re seeking a team member who is excited to provide a positive and memorable customer experience while providing a range of billing and account based support.
The ideal candidate has previous experience providing phone based customer support within the insurance industry, possesses excellent communication skills, exhibits a high level of attention to detail, and demonstrates strong analytical & critical thinking skills.
