    Western National is in search of an Office Services Support member to join our team!  This role offers a candidate the opportunity to work closely with our incoming mail helping sort and scan the needed information to different departments. This role will require someone who can work from 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

     

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a corporate environment preferably in a mailroom helping support day-to-day operations.   

    Responsibilities

    • Bring in, sort and distribute mail.
    • Scan mail/files to selected departments.
    • Accept deliveries of packages.
    • Update scanned records as needed.
    • Responsible for the timely completion of all work done within the section.
    • Communicate pre-approved changes of procedures and policies to all interested parties.
    • Responsible for the consistency and quality of the workload.
    • Assist manager to anticipate and solve workflow problems.
    • Monitor general office procedures.
    • Act as troubleshooter/backup for department.
    • Record scanned files for Work Comp and Auto claims.
    • Provide backup for other mailroom staff, as needed.

     

    Qualifications

    • Must have 2+ years of related experience (i.e., Office, mailroom, etc.).
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows (i.e., Word, Excel, etc.).
    • Ability to work from 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
    • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
    • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work professionally with agents and other departments.
    • Accurate and strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and be dependable.
    • Demonstrated excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
    • Ability to work additional hours to meet deadlines and/or complete projects.
