Western National is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead who is looking for an opportunity to guide an exceptional Salesforce team through planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of changes and new features. This person will play an important role as a Product Owner of the Salesforce team while working closely with other Product Owners across the organization to help shape the overall Salesforce strategic vision. This position will be responsible for the architecture, design, development and ongoing support of Salesforce.
The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of Development experience with a strong focus in Salesforce development experience, and a demonstrated ability to lead a motivated and engaging team.
